I'm still waiting on an 04 UD Legends auto that i redeemed when the product came out...6 months isnt that long for UD sadly.

As of 9-21 I will have been waiting a year for my Mike Williams SPx Auto Jersey Redemptions (2 of them!!!!).

I wonder if Crosby wasn't a rookie last year if they would have made Hockey a priority over everything else.

I mean Mike Williams had LIVE Autos in the SPx set and most other UD sets. The reason his card was a redemption is because he was not at the Rookie Photo Shoot, making all the card companies unable to obtain a "Event-Worn" jersey. His is actually a GAME WORN jersey. Not many Rookie cards are, so his is unique.

I do wish that the Lions would get him on the field and let him play the game. I mean they are starting MIKE FURREY and keeping Mike Williams dressed. Furrey was undrafted (I think) and started as a Safety!!!

Is Mike Williams really that bad or are the Lions just trying to make an example out of him (IE:Charles Rogers)

Lets hope UD gets their act together. The last redemption I had ended up getting replaced with a Keyshawn Johnson Ionix Auto #24/25 and a Randy Gradishar Auto (instead of my Sean Taylor Foundations RC Auto).

Unfortunately I feel the pain of Mike Williams not in the lineup:(, Im sure a lot of us know Im a die hard Lions fan, but I think Marinelli is trying to prove a point that 1st round picks who tend to slack a little in practice will be treated just like the taxi squad players on the team.

I think Marinelli is making a mistake, he is a little caught up in his hard nose mentality (which is good) but look at T.O. for Dallas. The guy misses practice whenever he wants, but when he is on the field, he makes things happen and the Cowboys are better with him.

there is a big difference between a guy like TO who is a proven all pro and probably the best WR in between the lines and mike williams who didnt do a thing last year but drop balls!! you gotta earn respect for your playing ability!!

Even if T.O is a stud as u hint to, I hardly think of the word "respect" when I think of T.O. - I give it a another week or two before he blows up at Bledsoe.

So T.O. can miss multiple and i mean MULTIPLE practices ,and Mike Williams can miss a few and is the 5th WR on the depth chart because he hasnt proven himself? What chances has he had? Practice is beyond different than a game. When did Mike Williams drop a ton of balls last season? I didnt see that. In preseason, he had about 4 balls thrown his way and he caught 3 of em. How could any player on the Lions offense prove themselves last yr. with Mooch running a Mickey Mouse offense headed by Mickey himself - Joey Harrington.

All Im saying is that Mike Williams needs to be in the game, the Lions would be better offensively. Period...

TO was "injured" and everyone knows that when he hits the field on gameday you will get 110% every down....that is the bottom line!! he plays his ™™™ off....sure, he has a BIG attitude problem, but like i said ON THE FIELD he is the best in the game!! that is the respect im talking about!! man, i saw mike williams drop MANY balls last year!! hell, i dont care where you are drafted, you have to PROVE YOURSELF in the bigs!! i believe fred gibson was a first round pick last year (big guy just like williams) and he cant find a job!! the year the mike didn't get to play really hurt him and he just isnt a top flight receiver that you might think he is.

as far as the skins go, nope!! not buying into anything people say!! hell, when your all pro back can only play 7 downs that kills your offense!! they also had TWO defensive starters that didn't play (shawn spings really hurts, and renaldo wynn is a big part of the D Line)....if it we had a kicker who could make a kick over 40 we could have won the game!! not worried at all
