    Auto vs patch values

So I was thinking about this the other day, and was looking for the collective opinion of you folk. When looking at a product like arty that has similar rarities of parallels (purple material legends /5, and base black auto parallel /5), how much premium should be attached in your opinion between the two?

2x or so more for the one with the auto IMO

I'd place a bigger premium on the auto (not sure that a set multiplier works) but that's because most patches suck, or at least are not particularly interesting.

Single Coloured patch? Meh. If it was my PC player (Ranford) I want the card, but it's not going to get me to pay a massive premium vs a version /10, or /15. Half white & half blue? Meh. I've got 100 of those (probably more). Again, the premium isn't going to be much.

This is with patch cards in general.... there are so many out there, so many other GU cards... the only a really unique patch gets a big premium anymore.

Auto vs a Tag? Maybe the prices are similar. Get the eye of the Blackhawk's logo in there, or some 5 colour beats from a Panther's jersey, or a piece of the Oil drop from an Oilers jersey? Yeah, those kinds of patches can run the price up.
