Need help on a 2006 Topps Chrome Blue refractor...

Ok I picked up a Tom Brady 06 Topps Chrome Blue "refractor" however there is no refractor to it. On the back it does not say refractor either, but it has the blue border and is #'d out of 50. Are all the 06 Blue refractors this way? If so why the heck did they call them refractors, lol? LMK and thanks a lot.

I think that Beckett listed them wrong - it should just be Topps Chrome Blue #/50. I have 3 Brunells Blues and they are not refractors either

Awesome, thank you guys. The ones on eBay didn't look refractor(y) either but I wasn't sure. I'd have to say the red refractors and black refractors sure are nicer looking. Thanks again.
