Hey guys, just need your opinion on something. I won a card, 2005 Gridiron Kings Antonio Gates auto/jsy #ed /50 on ebay a month ago today! I paid immediately. The seller hasnt responded to my emails until I sent one on last Friday telling him I would leave negative feedback and report this to ebay if he didnt respond. He said he mailed the initial card out but it must have been lost in the mail. So he said he had another one (this card is only numbered to 50, but he has 2 of them?) and would mail it out on Monday. I emailed him yesterday and asked for the DC #, says he mailed it with DC but doesnt have the tracking number. What should I do? Should I give him the benifit of the doubt (It didnt come in the mail today) or should I report him to ebay and leave negative feedback? Thanks for your help!

ok a couple things
1 how good is his feedback
2 i doubt he has 2 of them
3 did you pay with paypal
4 how many days ago did u pay extacly if you payed with paypal i would make a claim if it dosent come in a week at the most don not make a claim after 45 or in the 40s

If you paid with paypal, file the claim now. You only have 30 days, so you have to do it today. If he keeps getting you to buy into the "it's on it's way" line for long enough you won't be able to file a claim anyway and you will be SOL. File it today, tell him you are filing the claim and call it a day. If it shows up, cancel the claim and leave him a neutral. If it doesn't show up, leave a neg and get your money back.

Well he couldve just forgotten to ship the Gates in the first place and said he has two. If he sent it to the PO on Monday, it probably wouldnt have arrived on Thursday. Give it a few days if you have 45 to file a claim.

Thanks for your replys! I sent the claim in to paypal, I will wait until Monday and post negative feedback if I still have no recieved the card.
