Buying 1968 and 1970 Topps Baseball commons/semi/minor stars ex/mt+

I just started a '68 and '70 set and am in need of the non-major stars in both sets. I will be putting up my need list after tomorrow after my last local card shop stop. Please let me know the cost roughly of each. I have been getting the non-high numbers for 10c-25c and the high numbers for 50c-75c each in the '68 and '70. In the '70 I have non of the high numbers so far though. Any help is appreciated and I would prefer cards that are ex/mt and up with no markings or bends/tape/ink blurs of any kind. Thanks

I am not a Moderator, but Article 3 under the Rules covers this matter. The No Trade/No Sale/No Buying Allowed Banner indicates that there is
some issue that needs to be cleared up.
The explanation that was furnished that a seller would have to initiate contact first is not correct!
