Yes, they come in a bubble mailer and a penny sleeve.
1 out a hundred is bent by the mailman and a couple have minor flaws, but for the most part, they get to me mint.

There's a couple threads on this.
Basically, on the back of Topps products there is a No Purchase Necessary offer where you can send away 3X5 cards and get the same odds of pulling any insert out of that product.
Very nice of them!!!!
I've pulled some high dollar cards. And a lot of junk inserts.

Well,
The 1999 Topps Chrome Steve Francis Refractor was nice ($200).
The 98 Topps Chrome Randy Moss Refractor was nice too. ($200)
The 2001 Topps Traded Chrome Refractor of Ichiro was great too!
I got a 1973 Topps Traded Darrel Chaney a month ago out of Topps Traded and Chrome that was the pits. I get a lot of their junk inserts from them..

Great cards, I hope I have that type of luck. I've just sent out 16 ending in May and June.

Ok.
The T Mac I got earlier books at $18.
I got another card today out of Topps Tribute Baseball.
A Billy Herman Lasting Impressions #d 21/47.
BV $24 Cool Cubs card - I'll put it on Ebay soon.
It looks like they skipped 5 products I sent away for but they have done that before on me and came back to give me them.

Topps Tribute baseball? Doesn't that not end until May? Or is that the 2003 product?
