    Super Bowl Chit Chat

Ok guys/gals lets talk Super Bowl. Who do you have? Why? Thoughts?

I am going to say the Pats win this one 31-27, The Eagles have a better defense and Foles has played very well in the playoffs, they also feature a better running game. However, Brady is Brady and he always finds a way to get it done. Oh and there is always that 12th man that wears black and white lol. Daniel

I would like to see the Eagles win. They have yet to win a Super Bowl. Like most people, I'm tired of seeing the Patriots playing in the Super Bowl. Don't get me wrong, they have been great over the years and consistent. Brady is on a different level. He's damn good, really smart, and occasionally get's some help. I really hope the refs don't dictate the game in favor of one team. Though, I feel it's gonna happen.

I'll be rooting for the Eagles as Philly has never won a SB and Tom Brady already broke their heart once in the past ... but I'll say it's going to be the Pats 27, Eagles 19

This one is tough for me because I can so see the Eagles actually winning this. Why because the Patriots aren't as good as people make them appear and the Eagles can do damage with Foles as QB. But it would probably be better if it was Wentz and not Foles and I still don't like betting against Brady unless it is against Eli and the Giants. So I'd slightly lean towards the Patriots but a closer game than people think and I think the Eagles actually have a great chance at winning. I mean I haven't really seen them play this season nor do I know enough about them to actually make a bet but if somebody gave me great odds I'd take the Eagles just because them winning is a very very realistic possibility as I see the Eagles being able to shutdown the Patriots more likely than the Patriots shutting down the Eagles.

I say the Patriots. It's so hard for me to go against Brady in the Super Bowl.

It's going to be a great game!!

Being an Eagles fan, the Eagles can't be overwhelmed being in the Super Bowl and also facing Mr. Brady. I have said it a few times in a lot of the playoff games, that if a team gets down 7-0 early, they can't afford to get down 14-0. I can see the Eagles controlling the ball as the Patriots rush defense is terrible. Blount and Ajayi can easily take over a game and keep the defense off the field. With that being said, the Patriots can control the ball also and it will take everything out of their CB's to keep the Patriots from making it another Super Bowl win. If I had to take a prediction, I can see the Eagles winning 27-21 with the Patriots having a chance at the end to win, but Brady throwing an INT to seal the Eagles first Super Bowl victory.

    That's a very specific prediction ... I love it!

Maddens EAs has Pats winning 24-20. Has been right 10 of 14, including getting the correct score
for the last two Pats appearances. seattle, Atl. I don't put too much stock into it, but that is
pretty good. Las Vegas bettor put down $1 million on money line, for eagles to win. Payoff $1.65 mil.
I cannot even imagine doing that. Love sports betting, but am horrible at it.

Madden predictions are cool and they're right more often than not.

I wonder who bet the $1mil? Vegas Dave? Floyd Mayweather? Charles Barkley? If the bet was on the Patriots, I'd wonder if the bettor was one of the refs, hahahahahahaha.

As for betting itself ... I placed a good bet on the Broncos to win the SB right after they benched Manning for Osweiler and told my son, "Watch, Peyton will rest up, return and this team will win the title" ... and they did and I made out like a bandit. However that is the ONLY time I've ever placed a bet on a team to win the Super Bowl ... I usually just bet with friends where we all throw our money in, pick every game throughout an entire season, and at the end of the year the winner takes all ... I've won the last 5 years but almost lost this year ... it was a wild year this year.
