Peyton Manning RC Auto Question

I'm new here so apologies if I break any rules. Long story short, I recently came across cards that I had mailed out when I was a kid, got back signed, threw in a case, and forgot about them for nearly 20 years. I got a deal at a card show a few weeks ago so I had a few of the signatures authenticated and the cards graded (Two Manning RC's, one Dirk RC, and one Jeter, all with auto's). One of the Manning cards in particular is puzzling me. It's clearly beat up and got graded SGC 45/3.5. My question is, is it worth trying to sell or or is its poor condition so damning that should I just hang onto it and pass it down to my future offspring? Anyone have an idea on value? Pics attached.
Again, my apologies if this isn't the right area for this.

I guess it got that poor of a grade because of the paper missing on the front. The white marks above his head look like paper loss. But if the card is autograph authenticated in that case it would be better to sell it like that than to take it out because if you remove it from the authentication all you have is a damaged card that somebody else is going to have to get authenticated since most people don't buy unauthenticated autograph cards. Or when they do the cards sell for significantly less since people don't know that they are real.

My personal advice would be to find an authentication service (just using it as an example since I don't know if they do) but say PSA and have them authentic it but DO NOT HAVE IT GRADED. That way it will be labeled as authentic but no grade will be shown.
