RP Points Question
New to rp buying/selling. Just have a quick question when selling a card for rp what is the ratio that is used or is it just the sellers choice. Say i have card with a 15 dollar value would 1000 or 1500 rp be about right ? Just curious on the standard rp value per dollar value. Thank you for any input on this.

Good question! I've never bought or sold with RPs either, so I've also been wondering about this. Hopefully you'll get some good suggestions and guidelines.

@camsue
Best thing is to look at various factors.
1) Look what available in the rp store. These are the highest price of all but can include shipping to international addresses so it a great deal for folks overseas.
2) Look at rp auctions or pack sales. As some of these can go under the radar and sell cheap while others cards in high demand can go crazy.
3) Find a few cards you like from members and see what they are asking for them. Look at some of the threads where people have cards priced and get some information on what the ratio is.

To help you out a bit on an example of how I sell for RP's. I went a bit detailed in my thread on what I would be expecting, but gives a bit of an idea on what RP's are ~ worth.

It all ultimately depends on what you value your cards for, and in the return as to what you would be willing to spend in RP. This is my worth point. Other members put up higher values. Some have lower. I try to be somewhere in the middle.Searching for: Jagr, Palffy, Stumpel, and Boyd
