    Synergy ??

Good morning everyone..I was just wondering what people’s thoughts are on the new synergy that’s coming out ..is it going to be highly collectible?? I know it’s a low or mid end product ..just wondering if anyone’s excited about it or is it just another blah product

My opinion seeing that it's something brand new it won't have the same following as an spa or Upper deck. It seems the base cards are very short printed to a similar style of spgu which don't hold their value compared to how rare they are but the rookies might be very valuable because those are short printed as well I believe. They are trying to drive the product on parallels and inserts with no jerseys and very few autos. Not sure how that will work out in hockey as generally parallels do not sell all that well other than top players. Seeing that it is pretty cheap I will probably try a couple boxes and decide from there if I like it or not to see if I would buy more. Overall I would say it's tough to judge whether the value will be there and it is definitely geared more towards collectors who enjoy parallels and inserts over jerseys/patches and autos.

Also they do have a bounty program which I think worked well in SPA last year and on epack which could possibly add some value to the breaks and make some chasers go all in with getting these cards for the bounty programs
