    Beckett Question?

Is it a good idea to send them a bunch of rookie cards to get them graded, or is that only good to get auto cards graded?

the only cards worth grading are vintage cards and cards that are in really good condition. even if you grade auto cards if they come back in bad grades then it actually decreases the value of it.

Grading has some risk to it.

You pay money to have a grading put on, but if it doesn't get the top gradings, it can be worth less than BV. Of course, if it gets the top... it can be worth 2X or more.

In the Beckett it has the approximate value of good gradings. For vintage cards, if they grade well (8, 9, 10) it increases the value sometimes 10X.

For modern cards, Beckett says that a Gem Mint 10 (Beckett 9.5, i think) can increase the value 2 times.
