Question on Heath Miller SPx?

Last November, I pulled a Heath Miller SPx Spectrum jersey/auto #/25. Not only have I not recieved the card, the card has been changed to a Winning Materials jersey/auto #/25 worth nearly half of what the Spectrum is worth. And, of course, I'm an idiot and didn't keep up with the redemption card like I should have. Is there any chance I get the Spectrum? I'm not really complaining since it was a pack-pull, but still......anyone had this problem before?

Call upper deck dude, the Winning Materials is alot less valueable, especially Sell Value whise.

I did call them, they have NO record of me having the Spectrum....and I don't either since I managed to misplace the redemption card in the last several months, lol!
