Hello everyone, I just joined for a specific reason - I was at my mom's and dug out my Joe Montana football card collection. I was kind of OCD as a kid, and I guess I still am, so I feverishly collected close to 200 Joe Montana cards. I'm sure I spent way more on the back in the 80s and 90s than they're worth now, but before I ebayed everything I thought I'd set up a post here to see if there are any specific collectors looking for specific cards - when I ebay the remainder, I'll just put them as a lot, I don't have time to put 200 ebay auctions up.

I do have a question in regards to rules though, I'm not a die hard collector anymore so my gauging of VG NM M may not be exactly on point. My plan was to post some photos of what I have (like as a lot of every card) and if anyone messages me for a specific card, sell them individually while following up with very clear and large photos of the card in PMs or email as we work out payment. Is this acceptable in the rules? I'm not looking to make a ton of money, I'm really just looking to get them into the hands of people who will really enjoy them as I did as a kid. I'm on some music gear forums where the rules state you have to post a price for every item and "make me an offer" is not allowed. Do you do the same or can I just post a pic of the lot of cards and say "PM me with what card you want and an offer." Don't want to step on any toes as the new guy.

Anyway, nice to be here and i'll be posting the collection soon.

Yeah you are allowed to do that. Just make sure the thread is marked NOT PRICED when you are given the option of having the thread made and you won't have any problems.
