    Birthday Luck (Some Good Pulls)

Well yesterday (17th) was my birthday, and my parents got me a bunch of packs of baseball cards.

Not really anything notable except out of an Allen & Ginter pack. I pulled a Gary Sheffield GU Bat card. This is my first insert pull from an A&G Pack.

Moving onto the Flair Showcase packs that they got me. I pulled a Mark Loretta "Suite Level Legacy" card #d 065/150. So not a bad pull there.

Those were both due to the luck of my parents, now for my luck.

Went down to the flea market. There was a dealer that had a lot of baseball cards. He had two packs of 2005 Upper Deck MVP left for $1 each, and going against my better judgement, I bought both of them.

I usually don't buy Upper Deck....hard to get a AU or GU.

Out of the first pack was nadda, but then in the 2nd pack, I pulled a Mike Piazza GU Jersey card.

So all in all, not a bad birthday.

Not a bad birthday at all, better than no chase cards at all, lol.
