Help with '94 Topps Finest Refractors?

So i found this old 1994 Roy Finest card with the protective seal still on.

I am going to assume it is not a refractor as i don't see the rainbow colours (i think).

But what I am curious about is the "Stanley Cup Champion" tag at the bottom right.

Essentially, I want the "best" version of this card.. would that be the 1) standard (non stanley cup champion), 2) refractor, 3) seal still on?

    Thanks.

There are 3 versions of the card:

    Finest base $3bv
    Finest refractor $60bv
Finest Super team winner(thats the card you have) $20bv

I would say the base refractor with the seal on would be the most valuable card.
