hi i picked up a couple of these cards in a trade and was wondering what i actually had.

i have a blue rookie #64 sam girard
and a red rookie # 65 madison bowey bounty card?

what are they about and are they base cards or rare cards or what.
    appreciate any help

So both of those cards are considered parallels of the base set. The odds on the Girard blue are 1 in every 6 packs (each box has 8 packs) so it's not too rare. The Bowey Red is the most common parallel falling 1 in every 4 packs. The bounty is an added incentive to collect the set of red parallels. You receive extra cards only obtainable through the bounty program if you can collect cards 1-98. Although for the lower end more common cards, it doesn't seem like there is much difference in value between a bounty and a non-bounty red parallel.

All in all, these cards aren't very valuable but I wouldn't say worthless either. I would estimate the Girard to have a SV of 3-6$ and the Bowey 2-5$.

    Hope that helps a bit
