*UPDATE* Sprong FWAP Replacement

I posted a thread earlier how UD didn't not make the Sprong FW Auto Patch /100 like the redemption said. Instead it was just the auto and no patch /100. I mentioned how I was not happy with that. Today, I got my card and its replacements.

The Mcavoy is some "limited-edition and only available to individual collectors" That's what the back says. Its not worth much.



They actually sent two of these letters and that blue "handwriting" is identical on both letters. So it was printed on each one and not handwritten individually.

Overall I am not pleased. The letter says I requested a replacement which I never did. They didn't send me a Patch Auto. Nor did they ask me teams or players I would like. Is it worth giving them a Call? At the very least let them know I am not happy with what they did?

Agreed. As much as you can appreciate their effort, they should have reached out to you and offered you some options.

Not terrible, at least you got something in return, which is a lot better than nothing. But yeah, maybe it would have been nice to make it a more "personal" replacement and asked you first if you had any preferences. I agree with that, and that would have been a lot more ideal in this scenario.
