Paypal Problem
A few months ago i closed my paypal account. Now that i can afford to spend again i went to make a new account. I went to register my credit card and it says the card couldnt be added and i need to contact the credit card department of paypal. This is the same card i used before and have no clue as to what is going on. Any and all help is needed on this one as i have stuff needed to be payed for on ebay. I left paypal an email yesterday as told and no one has gotten back to me yet.

you need to talk to paypal, not to us. I am sure they have a phone number to call. 24 hours isn't that long either.

Hey Anthony, Had you canceled your old account? If not you have to log into that one first... You can make all your adjustments from that account. If you canceled your old account you will have to call them to set up a new one... Its still recognizing you from your old account.
I had quite with paypal and computer stuff at one point for several years, then I bought a new PC and had to set everything back up... I had a new email address and wanted to create a new paypal account, well it still new me from my old account, I actually was able to just log back into that account and add a new email address and remove the old one... Hopefully that all made sence to you. If I remember right I did have to get on the phone to them for some help too though...

like stated before call them on the phone, they will help u out alot. e-mailing them will take longer especially if u gotta ask alot of questions.
