Pay It Forward Restart?

What are the odds of restarting the Pay it Forward program @RGM81? This was a fun idea, and maybe it can help keep card movement going through the summer when we naturally see a dip.

It's something I would consider doing with a revised format. Clearly the "pick a day" format didn't work. I don't want to have to be in the business of regulating people's cards and saying "c'mon man" when something that really shouldn't be posted gets posted and totally brings things to a screeching halt.

I'll talk it over with @scottkoz20 and a couple other team members to see if there's a way that we can make this a viable option for a website-based platform on an ongoing basis.
