    just for knowledge if there are any pwe traders on here for cheaper cards, the USA post office offers first class with Non-Machinable for an option for an extra .20-.25 cents for continental 48 states (could be all 50 but i never sent to hawaii or alaska)

    but other than cheap base/inserts, its unacceptable.
