You know how people ask if they should sell a collection as one auction or individually? Well this is an auction that should have been broken up individually:

What do you think it would go for if sold separately? Over 5,000 dollars now.

Those are some nice cards, but the price does seem high. I wonder if the buyer is going to break up the lot and sell off the ones they don't need to get back some money.
Collecting Karl Malone, Ryne Sandberg, Pat Angerer, Tavian Banks, Devyn Marble, Aaron White, Jarrod Uthoff, Tyler Cook, Keegan Murray, Kris Murray, Luka Garza, Joe Wieskamp, Jordan Bonhannon, DJ Carton

There are some crazy Grant Hill collector's out there. I don't get it - imagine if his career didn't have so many physical road bumps. I digress. I didn't look at every card in the auction, but it seems extremely high to me and suspect to review. If every card was an auto I could understand....

I agree, individual is the best way to go about it if you want to maximize value. But pretty good price for the lot though so far! Currently at $5,850 USD right now with two days left.

I think the top dollar for all of it would have been $10,000 and it ended up at $9,433 so not really much lost. But remember when I posted the thread the auction was at about $5000.
