    Topps Chrome Hobby Box Question

How much are boxes going for at your local stores? I know the ebay prices, and I've seen prices on DACardworld, etc. But my local store has them at $75, which seems lower than what I've seen. So, I was wondering - do your local hobby shops carry them for that price, or is it a good deal?

    Thanks
    Andrew

that seems pretty low for a shop price mine is like 90-95 have been higher (pretty new so still flunctuating)...i wonder what they go for on the bay...you could proably buy a couple to resell...or just to bust...I think that's a really good deal

thanks for the input. They'll probably charge me tax, but that will still bring it to $80, which seems good. Plus, I'm probably going to be buying a few singles for a nice amount tomorrow, so I might be able to get them to cut out the tax. If I get it, I'll do a live break on here tomorrow.

That is a good deal for the box and sounds like a good local store since he didn't make up the boxes. It could be that they are form his first order on a case. At the shop i go to the first boxes are cheaper no matter what brand because the first case is cheaper than the reorder case so they go up 5 or ten bucks in a reorder.

    Mine are $79 no tax...

I do get mine for $75 though.... I guess it's a perk of going in 2 times a week and blowing lots of money...

I just paid $107 today in California with tax. Best card was the box topper of Joseph Addai 11/25 red refractor.

Thanks for the advice guys. I went to pick one up, but they were all out!
Guess I didn't have to make that decision -- or make this thread :)
