Getting back into it after 5+ years away! Need advice!

As the title says, I've been away from the game for over 5 years! I STILL have the Ainge super-collection, but I need help catching up with how all of this works now.

What is the image hosting site most commonly/easily used? It was photobucket when I was last active, but looks like maybe flickr now!

Most of what I have is going to be in the 2007-2012 range... is there still a trade market for this type of stuff?

Are there any relatively recent common practices or overall deal changes from the last 5 years?

Is there a free place other than ebay to determine card value?

Alex- Welcome back. Flickr does seem to be the most popular image hosting site now. There is still a market for 07-12 cards as far as I am concerned.

I'd love to see what red sox and pats you have. flicker is the way to go as others have said. I use comc.com to get a relative idea of what things are worth. It's not a price guide but it can give you insights. For example if there's 57 copies of a card for sale with a starting price of 50 cents, you know that card isn't really 'worth' much more than 50 cents to most collectors. If there's 3 for sale that start at $2.25 you know that card is harder to find and probably 'worth' about $2-$5 The trading market on here has largely dried up, I can't explain why exactly. My guess is comc has made it so folks just send their cards in there. 2007-2012 was definitely the hey-day of trading on here.
