    Best time to send TTM requests?

    When exactly is the best time to send out football TTM requests? I generally send out early August. It tends to be a mixed response rate for me. I never hear back from some that are consistent signers while also getting cards returned signed from guys like Peyton Manning. I try to hit preseason but also hear towards end of season works well too. Suggestions?
