New To The Forum Old To Collecting
Hello everyone,
My name is Chris Worczak. I started collection back in 1985 when I was just 8 years old. I started by finding boxes of 1950's to 1972 Football and Baseballs in my Uncles garage that he garbage picked. I was hooked ever since. My mom and dad would take me stop shops all over town after school almost everyday. Every weekend was another show or Hockey games in the winter. When I was 16 and got my drivers license and started doing a local show once a week. Made many friends and some good money too. I was doing until I was 18 and off on my own. (Appartment, Bills, Girls, having fun in general just got in the way). Than 15 years ago I get married. My wife liked football but not to fond of any other sport. I took her to a card show back in 2009 to show her what I was into when I was younger. She enjoyed herself. Then I took her to her first hockey game. The next year we had season tickets. Now we do card shows 2 to 3 times a month, been to our first National together this past August and have opened a card shop (only one in the county). We have finally found something that we both love.
Looking to make new friends here maybe show off some killer hits we have seen come out of the shop and just have some fun.
