    Greetings and Salutations

    I found this forum by typical internet search, poked through the FAQ, and decided to join.
    I am a life long San Diego Padres fan, believe it or not. They are pretty awful this year, but wait 'til next year!
    I recently took up baseball card collecting after a friend gave me dozens of 80s, 90s, 00s Padres cards. I am collecting 2018 Topps Series 1 and 2, especially Padres. I like the 1983 insert set.
    My thought is to focus on a particular series each year and see if I can accumulate the base set and any favorite insert sets, as well as accumulating Padres.
