IMG_0865.JPGIMG_0866.JPG Hello all. I am new to this site and recently was going through some old cards of mine. I came across this particular Jordan 1995 Finest. It appears to be a refractor with the orange border. Can anyone shed some light on this card. Is this the test card that has some value. It is in perfect condition other than the centering being off. Thanks!

    I think it's this card:

If it was a refractor it would have a rainbow shimmer to it when you tilted it.

It definitely has a shimmer to it. When I tilt it in the light you can see the shimmer

Here's a good picture of the refractor finish. Hope that's what you have!

Thanks! I think it might be. It is definitely not a flat finish. It shines when tilted. I appreciate your feedback!

Scanning it really tells the difference:

    Test Refractor:

It also would help to look at the card without the top loader and sleeve. My guess is that you have the regular card.
