AMAZING Turnaround on Two Shorted Boxes-PC LOVE!!!!

Last year I was shorted my case hit auto in a box of Select Football and about a month ago I was shorted an auto in my Donruss Football Box. Fast forward today after a few friendly emails with a Panini Representative and WOW. I know in these types of situations most people complain. but in 30 years of collecting and dealing with the same issues as everyone else has, I have NEVER, EVER been disappointed in customer service, and usually I am blown away with how well I am treated and what I receive. The only issue that I had was with Topps, and that was more to do with their policy of not tending to redemptions and replacements over a year old, but when it comes to them in all other situations, they have come out on top!

Now back to this post. I am a HUGE Chloe Kim fan as all of my sports card buddies know and I have wanted her auto for quite awhile. Fast forward to my shorted box of Donruss Football. I asked the representative if I could have one and a couple of weeks ago he said they had an extra one. YES. For my Select Box, he initially offered a Pulisic Kaboom! but they didn't have that and last Monday, he said he was going to send a Messi Landmarks instead. WELL HELL YA!!

I am a man that is short on patience at the best of times, and after them receiving all the required materials to deal with shorted boxes, I was on pins and needles to when my two cards would be shipped. Fast forward to today, I emailed Panini asking where the tracking # was on the site and lo and behold I check in my mailbox 5 mins later and BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE! They sent me two packages, one had two game used Select cards and the bigger package had the two cards that are entrenched in my PC. THANKS AGAIN ROBERT YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Glad to see a successful resolution to this since so many of the interactions with these companies seem to end in horror stories and disappointment.

That is just the thing. I try to be as friendly and persistent as possible when dealing with these types of matters and I have always gotten something satisfactory. People just need to chill the f out sometimes lol.
