Dwyane Wade card

I have a 2002-03 Marquette Basketball Dwyane Wade card. This card has been taken from an sheet of Marquette cards that were handed out at the Marquette - Depaul game that year. It does not have a card number, and I can't find it anywhere. Information about it would be appreciated, sorry, I don't have a scanner to show you.

Beckett does a bad job updating their college releases. In their latest annual issue, the cards stop at 1995-96. I know for sure Cyganiak Planning has been funding this yearly card strip release.



I have seen this card sell for more than $20-30 during the Finals run easily.

For a collector, particular attention is paid to the perforations. It's kind of like a Sports Illustrated for Kids card. They do not have numbers like most cards do. You can use the jersey number as a card reference.

Thanks a lot, but this is interesting. That doesn't look like the card that I have. It has a yellow border, and dwyane dunking. There is yellow wade text at the top and marquette basketball 2002-03 in the corner. Interesting.

What does it say on the back?

It could be from another year.

Definatly not a fake. My dad got it at the Marquette game and gave it to me. I posted before that I don't have a scanner. On the back it gives career notes and personal notes, and dwyane wade across the top. Don't know.

Well then it should have a recap of his career at Marquette.

Look at the last year of record and the year of the set release would be the year after.

Then...it must be the one on the right (forgot I had it):



If it's the same one, then your card would be his second year card from Marquette.
