    I'm going to be "that guy".

    Why are they giving mascots a Young Guns card? Sure it's new, fun (and slightly scary) but he doesn't play the game. If you're going to do that, make a set featuring a card for every mascot in the league.

    I understand giving a YG card in special circumstances (the fan with a terminal illness in San Jose comes to mind), or a player finally playing his first game after 10+ years in the minors (Robb Zepp), but a mascot??

    Upper Deck will produce anything for money. Yikes!

    If they wanted to give this out to kids at cards shows I would be all for it, but if I got it as one of my hits in a box I would be pretty disappointed

    Yeah.... no way they'd make this, AND put it in packs. Probably just a ton of them given away in Philly, and they'll find their way to market afterwards.
