    Upperdeck

    I have currently 4 redemptions with upperdeck and it makes over 6 months and still no cards. It still says in process i emailed them over a month ago and i still did not get an answer. Just wandering if there is a # to call or why they do not answer my emails.

    call 1-800-873-7332 and choose option 2. it may take awhile, but thats what i had to go thru to get some answers. and dont feel too bad. i have a 5 star auto that i redeemed last year that im still waiting on.

    Yeah, they don't ever answer emails

    I had been waiting for 13 months on 2 redemptions and got 1 finally today. The other one is for an autograph and it still says waiting for player to return card.
