Although the Raiders have picks, I don't see them using any to either pick up a quarterback or spending one on a trade. It doesn't matter who the quarterback is, they need to build a team first. Keep Carr. He's OK where he is, has as much or more talent than anyone available and won't poison the team during construction. In fact, if you put him on the list he would probably be at the top.
