Redemption result
I recently requested a replacement for a Alex Nylander seismic gold auto /25 from OPCP. I provided a bunch of names that ud should have had some level of access to, including debrincat (a pc player). I ended up with these two and im not sure how to feel about it. The Kunin is a pretty dinky card, but the Hellebuyck /49 is where i don't know how to feel. I wasn't able to find any other versions of this card on Ebay/watchcount/comc.

Meh...I think you could have done better.
Providing a list of players is useless. I had a Matt Nieto FWA in my queue for a couple of years and decided to ask for a replacement. I listed some players and hoped for the best. I got nothing from those players - I got an Anthony Duclair FWA.
I was disappointed that I didn't get anything featuring one of the players I listed but a Duclair FWA is difficult to find, so being a rookie card collector (SPA to boot), I was happy.Last edited by Leafsman; 11-09-2018 at 06:17 PM.

That's a load of crap sparty. I would be very disappointed. Next time don't redeem the card until you know its live :)

while it would have been nice to have the /25 Gold card, Alex Nylander seems to be floundering right now so a Premier /49 RC of Hellebuyck who's on a top team in the West isn't that bad. The Kunin is a load of a crap. but i guess you never know what can happen with these two players in the future and Nylander.
I think its not that bad but it certainly could have been better.

I hate replacements as it a crapshoot. As has been said you did okay but when you supply a nice long list you think they would work with making the customer happy. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I don't think you did too bad on this one. Could have gone much worse.
They shouldn't even request lists of players b/c they rarely adhere to them. They're setting themselves up for failure.

Honestly, in time, it won't seem as bad. The biggest issue is that Luke Kunin hasn't really arrived in a full-time role yet (due to an injury to start the year), but in a few years time, he could be a very exciting offensive player. Having an auto'd RC of his might seem like nothing now, but in time, if he turns into the player most think he will, you'll feel differently about these two cards.
