    Damaged Card...NEED ADVICE

    I went to the shop today and bought a pack of Leaf Certified Materials. I got a Maurice Jones-Drew Freshman Fabrics and I was pretty happy...then i looked at the card and it has 2 scratches running parrallel on both sides on the jersey!!! What should i do? Conact Donruss? Mail them? Please Help!!! Thanks

    If they are parallel and on both sides of the jersey then they may be part of the design. Did they seem symetric? If not I'd contact them.

    No its not part of the design cuz they are different size and one of them looks like someone toook a nail and just made a huge scratch

    try to get the upc from the box you bought from and send it with the card to the company, they should offer a replacement, I am also waiting for a replacement on a damaged card I pulled from a pack of Score Select, GL with it

    I spoke with Donruss today they told me it would take more than twelve weeks to get a replacement card at the moment, but that is a # card so it may take longer.....Smoker

    Here is the Donruss Card Replacement Policy and the address wher to send the cards, you can check it all out on their site, its at donruss.com, then go to Faqs, hope this helps.

    I opened a pack that had a factory-damaged card.
    We are able to replace cards for products up to 12 months after release or until supplies last. Please mail the damaged card with the required information to our Replacements department at the address below. We strongly suggest that you carefully pack your cards and send them insured mail.

    Copy of original purchase receipt
    Empty wrapper from purchase
    Factory-damaged cards
    Daytime phone number
    Email address (used for Customer Service correspondence only)
    A brief letter of explanation
