    I just pulled a Tyson Jost 2017-18 Ice 07-08 Retro Ice Premier #6. Is this considered a rookie card or an insert?

    The Retro throwback cards are nice cards, but not considered True rookie cards.

    Jost's /99 Ice Rookie Premiere is his "True" rookie card in the product.
