Any tips for getting Jon Gruden in person?

I live right ourside of Indianapolis so I've gone to the combine the last three years. Jon Gruden is my number one autograph target this year and he was last year as well. I thought I would get him last year at the coin toss for the Raiders and 49ers draft pick but some crazy dude tried grabbing him because he wanted to try out for the Raiders so Gruden and a secruaty detail got him out of there pretty quick after that. I waited in the area where most coaches and GMs pass through but never saw him come by. Then I heard of several people seeing him at Hooters at various times which makes sense since he did commercials for them. So my plan this year is to wait in Hooters I guess, but I thought I'd check in here to see if anyone has better insight. Thanks in advance!
