Need 97/98 & 02/03 Topps base set/singles

I'm hoping at least one of you out there has some spare cards from 1998-99 Topps and 2002-03 Topps (base sets) that you're looking to move.

I have some holes in my collection that I'd really like to get filled. I have a list for 02-03, and need a LOT from 98-99 so I'd have to make that list. (There are other years that interest me too, but I'm starting with these)

When it comes to collecting cards I'm a little different then most. I don't collect premium cards, which is just as well since i usually have terrible luck finding them when I open packs. I'm leaning more towards cash than trade because its a long shot for me to have a specific card, though i do have my own spares that are more than I needed for the sets I've been building.

i really appreciate the response BMetts, but as (bad) luck would have it, those 3 are among the few cards i do have.
