Question Is It Normal For a PSA Graded Card To Move Around This Much In The Slab (See Video)?

So I have a PSA graded 1986-87 Fleer Jordan card. The card seems to move quite a bit in the slab. I've created a youtube video to illustrate what I mean, which is linked below.

As I hope you can see in the video, the card does move around quite a bit. Is the movement of the card shown in the video normal? None of my other PSA graded cards move around in the slab like this, including several other PSA graded cards from same 86-87 Fleer set. This card was bought already slabbed from a seller on eBay, if it matters.

    Thank you.

There is no way I would want my Michael Jordan rookie card moving around like that in a PSA holder if I had one. Sorry I've just seen too many cards damaged in holders because they move around to not worry about it eventually getting damaged.
