I am a new member , who joined to get an inherited Al Kaline baseball card signed . What is the best way to get my card signed be the infamous Al Kaline ?

There's a few TTM maniacs here so maybe they could guide you. The man is getting up there so it will be a tall order for sure. If you're not living in his area to catch him in person at his appearances/daily life events you might have to get creative. Good luck with that one.
