    1) if you put a minimum grade they will NOT encase the card if it doesn’t meet the grade. The card will be sent back raw and all normal grading fees are charged.

    2) PSA doesn’t give out 9.5 grades so I’m guessing you want all 10s. You must do MG10 for this.

    3) return shipping is exact cost however you prefer. Tracking, insurance, first class or priority.

    4) They do not slab those sealed cards. You will have to open it and send it as if it is a normal card.
