Blake Griffin should not have played. He was hobbling badly for almost the whole game. Wasted time playing that hurt while your team gets swept. Pistons seem to underachieve though even when he's healthy; Drummond really irritates me with his attitude and inability to develop any new skill sets. Reggie Jackson underachieves, too; I thought he would develop into a 20 ppg guy by now, but he's actually regressed in the last couple of years. I thought Coach Casey would bring the Pistons to greater heights, but they're still the same pedestrian 8th seed-ish team they've been for a few years. Meanwhile, the Bucks are so good and so deep, on top of having a mesmerizing talent like Giannis (I was so wrong about him -- wow he has turned into the player!). I can't wait to see how they fare against some of the more seasoned Eastern playoff teams like Boston and Toronto (the Raptors are looking much tougher than years past with Kawhi).

Enjoyed seeing the Jazz get at least a game in on the Rockets. I love Snyder's teams and how intelligent they play; wish OKC had a great, organized systems coach like him. Mitchell is a dynamic and enthusiastic young star who is exciting to watch when he goes on his scoring rolls. It's too bad they don't have a legit and reliable second option, however; the Rockets have way too much firepower. I don't see the Jazz getting any more games, but perhaps they can add some more pieces in the off-season. Still wish Kevin Love would go there; he would be such a perfect fit for their needs. But with his contract, he will probably stay in Cleveland and help Sexton develop.

    Damian Lillard.

    Cold blooded assassin shot, that.

    50.

Portland has finally made that next step...and I'm a heart broken OKC fan.

Okc blew iit. Blazers are tough as nails, and without Nurkic if that is how you spell it. Kanter played well, but looked a bit in pain. True contenders are showing up.

I love the Denver Nuggets. Fun, fast paced team basketball. Jokic is a force. Might be the best passing big man I've ever seen. He has all the skills.

I like them too but they struggled with the Spurs too much to really make any damage this season IMO. They look to be a threat next season after they gain some experience though.

Blazers are looking very good. Kanter has been playing great, but will have to see if he holds up. Rockets are good but predictable. See them winning one , maybe?
Boston seems to be more balanced than Milwaukee, with Smart coming back, Boston s
    Defense should improve.
I do find eastern conference a bit more interesting.
Hope the western challengers wear out GS

Not surprised at the mostly competitive semis so far. I still see the Warriors advancing, unsure about Nuggets/Blazers (and sad that I missed the 4 OT game!), Bucks are only team up 3-1 and could win in five largely because of Giannis' greatness and Irving's selfishness, and I think the Raptors will beat Philly because of Kawhi's dominance and experience against the Sixers' youth and Embiid's fragile health.

Wow what a series winning shot by Kawhi! Game seven buzzer beaters are always epic. I missed both the game sevens because my sister was visiting from Minnesota for the weekend and family took priority. Looks like the games were good and competitive.
