New member from Alberta

Hi Everyone,

Just thought I would say hi and am looking forward to being a member of this awesome site. I am a Calgary Flames fan and when not watching hockey I avidly follow the NFL and am a fantasy football addict. Yeah I take a bunch of ribbing that I should be a CFL football fan first because I am Canadian, but NFL is just way to darn exciting. Anyhow I collect mostly hockey cards and have a collection going back to the early 70's. I only just started collecting Football and Baseball cards and have been enjoying that as well.
Hope everyone is enjoying the site as much as I am and hope to start trading soon.

Well to SCF and there are a lot of Hockey fans here. What Baseball and Football cards are you collecting?

For baseball I have my original o pee chee collection from the mid to late 70's and at the moment all my football is Jogo brand of the CFL.
I would like to start collecting NFL cards with a similar look and quality to my Upper Deck SPX hockey and so far the only cards I have seen are the Panini absolute collection. Any suggestions as to what NFL card brands to get into would be much appreciated.
