    Upper Deck Sucks

last year i bought a box of upper deck cards and a few of the inserts were damaged. i e-mailed ud and told them the problem. they asked me to mail in my cards and they would replace them if they could. 8 months later i get back the same damaged cards i sent in saying they couldn't replace them because they were out of the product but sent me a pack of cards to cover shipping. i opened the pack of cards from ud and the free pack of cards were all damaged. any one elswe have this problem. i don't think i will be buying ud products anymore. hooker

    another Browns fan! Yes!!!
UD is really starting to get bad. I pulled a SP Authentic Rookie Autograph exchange card, in Jan, sent it out that same month, and still haven't gotten it.

UD is getting a really bad reputation with their redemptions. Heaps of complains through emails from collectors who have had problems with them have been ignored. Sorry mate.. that is a new low.. even for UD!

Still waiting on an 04 Legends Andy Russell, yes, Andy Russell, and they have already been live at one point. Been well over a year, and it's absolutely ridiculous. I won't buy UD anymore unless it's a deal I just can't pass up.

wow, i didn't get screwed near as bad as you guys. i let them know about the damaged cards they sent me the second time and i got an email back that said we told you if we couldn't replace your cards there was nothing else we could do. basically, sorry about your luck. like it said in an earlier post, i will never buy ud again unless its a great deal. hooker

The last box of UD cards that I purchased was my last. Over half of the base cards were damaged in one way or another, all but one of the inserts were damaged including a smeared autograph. As far as redemptions go I have never pulled one from an UD product. I guess UD hates that they can not get one over on me in that category.
