Awesome Arenado auto.
All the 11x14 pictures look very clear. Is there any certain program or resolution you are using to make them? I am going to a few games this summer, and interested in possibly getting back into collecting. I am interested in making larger pictures for autographs, and would love to have them look as clear as the ones you made!
Thanks,
MattAt this time I am collecting Lamarcus Aldridge, Sterling Shepard, and Evan Engram.

The program I use to edit isn't really the important factor here. The equipment is the main factor in getting good pictures. One really needs a relatively capable DSLR and at a minimum a 70-200mm 2.8 lens, but ideally something longer. I used to use a 70-200mm with a 1.4 teleconverter to get me up to 280mm at the long end. I saved up and bought a used non VR 300mm 2.8 lens and that has made a huge difference in quality. With the teleconverter I can get to 420mm and that helps me fill the frame.
Once I do have shots in the camera I use Darktable for my edits. Darktable is an opensource Lightroom type program. Since I am a Linux user that's my only real alternative. You'll find that most other folks would use Lightroom.

How early before games start time do you typically get to the stadium?
I try to get there an hour early, but my wife usually over rules me.Collecting Topps Brewers. I PC Jonathan Lucroy, Paul Molitor, Christian Yelich, Robin Yount, and Ken Griffey Jr.

Coors Field opens up two hours before first pitch, but they only open the left field area at that time. About 90 minutes before they open up the rest of the seats. So one can usually catch the last hour or so of the visitor's batting practice.
