Splendor silver stick issue

Dear all,

I need your advise
I have bought cca half a year ago card SPLENDOR SILVER STICK of Jaromir Jagr who I collect
reviewing the card - which is well stored with tons of my other cards in dark, dry place in my room, in original magnetic holder and in team bag and this is how it looks like today :(
what is it? Did this happen also to other sticks in your collection? Is this regular behavior of sterling silver?
I'm very sad and disappointed, card was not cheap at all and this looks very bad

Any recommendation, help pls?

It is regular behavior of sterling sliver (it's why ppl buy silver polish). I would have expected if they're using stuff like that in cards... that the Silver was treated in some way to prevent it.
