If he confirmed it after he sent you the money your reciept will still say unconfirmed it doesnt change once they confirm it.. If he really did confirm it just give him a refund and have him pay again... Iv been burned by a couple people providing unconfirmed address.. If you call paypal and ask them they will tell you to NEVER send to a unconfirmed address.
If the address is unconfirmed that means their shipping address does not match up to their credit card or other bank accounts... If it helps any I do not ship to any unconfirmed addresses anymore.

Well I agree with GDS, you should put in your listings you will NOT ship to UNCOMFIRMED adresses'... The only exception would be if they live in the states... If they do and you communicate with the buyer and tell them the only way your gonna do it is if you go with USPS Signature Confirmation, and Insurance... That way it pins him as the recipient. You will have proof he signed for it and when it was delivered.
Ive sent to Uncnfirmed here in the states before... And one time out of the States and havent had a problem either time. If the Buyer has good/solid feedback, hes recieved more than just this item at that address. If thats the case I wouldnt worry about it... How much is the item for ?

Google his address, that will usually give you plenty of information on who, what, and where you're sending to.
If its less than a $20 item I wouldnt worry about it personally.

I've shipped to plenty of unconfirmed addresses and haven't had a problem. I think the confirmation is a step somewhere in paypal that some people don't know they should do...but not sure.
I ship about 10-20 items a week and usually I have one unconfirmed in there some where.

the amount was $486, i stated in the auction that i only ship to confirmed address, and this guy has 0 feedback and just registerd yesterday wins the auction and pays minutes after, and he tells me he comfirmed it, and it still shows up as unconfirmed in the payment details. so i may have to give him his money back
