2014-15 UD MVP - Replacement Card MAIL DAY
A couple of weeks ago, I cracked a hobby box of 2014-15 MVP. While it is a facsimile silver autos product - i.e. all about parallels and not pulls - we are theoretically guaranteed at least a Super Script #/25, or a jersey or an auto. My break went slightly awry, as I fished and fished for that one “hit.” Obviously, MVP is just an introductory product for set-builders, and hardly a fancy dancy rich kid product. And, I personally love the thick, durably stock, a bit like old school OPC.
Ultimately, I had to contact Upper Deck to get my hit, as my box was an airball. So I opened my mail day, less than two weeks later. I have to say, as of late, I have been increasingly satisfied with UD’s customer service. Still room for improvement, but they do make an effort re. replacements. As for price points, this box was fairly cheap, like all MVP. And when it comes to other products being overpriced? I believe that’s on buyers. If you buy it, you shouldn’t complain. Like with this hobby box of 14/15 MVP, I always wait for prices to be commensurate with the odds.

Pretty brutal when your best hit is a Snowman RC.
The want list at this link features what I need of Gretzky, Roy, Ottawa Senators, and Miscellaneous sets. I also have a CFL want list on my page and if you have nothing from it I will consider other traders of current Ottawa Senators,Guy Lafleur, + trade bait.

One of my favourite things about fantasy pools and collecting (forever), is for the most part I have come to appreciate and enjoy pulling even rivals. I once hit Johnny Bower auto in a box of 1999-00 Topps. It is one of my favourite cards. And unlike others, I don't reflexively hate Kuznetsov.
But all of Kadri's suspensions have been hits to the head, when the science is very clear on concussions. It ruins - and sometimes ends - ppl's lives. How can he play our game so idiotically? You would think being suspended for the playoffs twice would simmer him down. I once pulled Kadri's auto as a case hit in a box of 2010-11 OPC, his RC year. I sent it to a Buds fan, to ensure it was out of my domicile!
