    It's not his fault his team sucks. He's a hell of a coach, Leinart is just a rookie, and although I don't like the guy at all, he's gonna be a hell of a QB, so in due time things will get turned around. He doesn't need to be fired, give it 2 years and they will be in the playoffs.
