I hate that the market’s at the mercy of companies who have a reason to want to keep high-end items’ populations low. What a racket.

so true my man.
aside from their shady grading.... their turn times are atrocious. They honestly know they have people over a barrel and act that way. They never return a phone call.
They messed up my labels on 4 cards. And their own pop report. They’re still yet to even get back to me. They do not care

Just my 2 cents. For all the reasons listed above, my question is why would anyone use PSA? Add the trimming scandal to everything else already mentioned and I , as a collector, have zero faith in them. I love the BGS cases for my very favorite cards but for 90% of my cards GMA treats me very well and I trust their grading, extremely strict. I am trying to get away from graded cards entirely with any I don’t feel would be counterfeited. Again this is just my opinion and I may feel different if I were a dealer.

if I stop using them, I’ll probably sell and get out of the hobby. I’ve considered it but I really do want to avoid it. I wish I had started collecting against and used Beckett. However I was not aware of the mess PSA had become a year ago. And I can’t just switch now with almost 100 graded cards as PSA cards. I will say the way I’ve been treated with several issues is unacceptable and I feel badly giving them my money. They do not care about the customer. In terms of value, that’s what really saves their behinds
