    I'd say the 70-71 box would hit it for me. A chance at getting a Maravich RC or Riley RC would be fantastic!

    TDLR - I have no idea the best box. I know little about the 70's and had to look up who was even in any of the rookie classes! I know the players mentioned, but I can't list them!
